Recruitment Guides were created to make sorority recruitment a less confusing and more enjoyable experience for potential members. A Recruitment Guide supports her Recruitment Group by answering questions, providing counseling, and being a friend. She keeps her chapter affiliation a secret and disaffiliates from her chapter during recruitment so she may be an unbiased representative of the Greek community Recruitment Counselors are selected by an application and interview process. They are chosen for their enthusiasm, objectivity, and positive attitude. The Recruitment Counselors are here for the potential new members and want to ensure that recruitment is a fun, memorable experience.
